Eligible collateral includes vehicles and other qualifying personal property, which must be verified through Garage App documentation. Legacy Capital Group's Legacy Margin Facility offers loan terms from one to six months. The preferred term is selected during your application.

A secured loan requires you to pledge qualifying assets as collateral, with LCG holding a first-priority lien for the duration of the term. An unsecured loan requires no collateral and is approved based purely on your financial profile and creditworthiness. Secured loans typically allow for larger amounts, while unsecured loans offer a simpler process for qualifying applicants.

All LCG loans use flat interest rates. This means your interest is calculated once at the start of the loan and added to your principal to create your total due amount. It does not compound over time. As a result, paying off your loan early will not save you any interest — the full amount is fixed from the outset. Your total due, balance remaining, and payment history are all visible in your client portal.

Each month, LCG sends you an invoice through your client portal notifying you of the amount due. Once you have made your payment outside the portal, you log in and click "Mark as Paid." LCG will then confirm the payment and record it against your loan balance.

Yes. If you wish to pay more than your standard monthly invoice amount, you can use the "Request Custom Invoice Amount" feature on your loan overview page to request a higher payment for the next cycle. Note: this feature is only for paying more — you cannot request to pay less than your standard monthly invoice amount.

Yes, early payoff is available and can be arranged through your client portal or by contacting LCG directly. However, because LCG uses flat interest rates calculated at the start of the loan, paying off early does not reduce the total interest owed — your total due amount remains the same regardless of when you pay.

Withdrawal requests can be submitted through your client portal at any time. LCG reviews all withdrawal requests and processes them promptly. The specific terms around early withdrawal will be outlined in your investment agreement.

LCG provides escrow services for any high-value transaction where both parties benefit from a neutral third party holding funds. This includes property transactions, large private sales, business arrangements, and similar dealings.

No. LCG serves strictly as a neutral custodian. We hold funds and release them when the agreed conditions are met. We do not take sides, resolve disputes, or make judgments about the underlying transaction.

The client portal is available at the Login link in the navigation. Your credentials are provided by LCG when your account is created upon loan approval or investment activation.

The portal allows you to view your loan balance and payment history, track your investment portfolio and returns, receive and respond to invoices, submit withdrawal requests, download statements and documents, and send messages directly to LCG.
