The Loan Process

From your initial application to final repayment, here is every step of the LCG loan experience.

Apply Online

Visit our Apply page and complete the five-section application. You'll provide your personal information, financial snapshot, collateral details (if applicable), loan specifics, and sign the risk acknowledgment. Supporting documents — including bank balance verification and collateral photos — are uploaded securely during the application.

Application Review

Our team reviews your application typically within one to two business days. We assess your financial profile, verify documentation, and evaluate collateral eligibility if you've applied for a secured loan.

Note: Homes and businesses cannot be used as collateral under San Andreas' Department of Commerce & Labor regulations.

Decision & Terms

You'll receive a decision on your application. If approved, your loan terms — including principal, interest rate, flat interest, total due, and repayment schedule — are confirmed and discussed with you directly.

Account Created

Upon approval, your Legacy Capital Group client portal account is created. You'll receive your login credentials and can immediately access your loan overview, payment history, and account details.

Monthly Invoicing

Each month, LCG issues your invoice through the portal. You'll receive a notification with the invoice amount and period. Once you've made your payment, simply log in and click "Mark as Paid" — LCG will confirm and record the payment against your balance.

Custom Payments

Want to pay more than your standard invoice amount? Use the "Request Custom Invoice Amount" feature on your loan overview page to let LCG know and arrange a higher payment for the next cycle. Note: custom payment requests are only for paying more than the standard amount — clients cannot request to pay less than their monthly invoice.

Loan Completion

Once your balance reaches zero, your loan is marked as Satisfied and your account history is preserved in the portal for your records.

The Investment Process

How wealth management works at Legacy Capital Group — from first contact to ongoing portfolio management.

Initial Contact

Reach out to Legacy Capital Group via our contact page or Discord to express interest in our wealth management service. Investment relationships begin with a private consultation to discuss your goals, capital available, and expectations.

Terms Discussion

LCG will propose investment terms based on your capital amount and desired tenure. This includes your return rate, disbursement schedule, and any other conditions. All terms are agreed and documented before any capital changes hands.

Capital Deposit

Once terms are agreed, you transfer your investment capital to Legacy Capital Group per the agreed method. Your account is then activated in the client portal.

Portfolio Active

From the moment your investment is active, your client portal shows your principal invested, current portfolio value, return rate, returns paid to date, and any pending disbursements — all in real time.

Regular Returns

Returns are disbursed to you on the schedule agreed at inception. Each disbursement is recorded in your portal transaction history, giving you a complete audit trail of all returns received.

Withdrawal Requests

Need to access your capital? Submit a withdrawal request through your portal. LCG reviews and processes withdrawal requests and you'll be notified via portal message once actioned.

The Escrow Process

How LCG manages third-party fund custody for high-value transactions.

Contact LCG

Both parties, or a representative, contact Legacy Capital Group to request escrow services. Describe the transaction, the agreed amount, and the conditions under which funds should be released.

Conditions Agreed

LCG confirms the release conditions with both parties. These conditions must be clear, objective, and agreed by all parties before the escrow is opened. LCG serves as a neutral party and does not adjudicate disputes.

Funds Deposited

The buyer or sending party transfers the agreed amount to Legacy Capital Group. LCG confirms receipt to both parties.

Conditions Met

Once the agreed conditions are satisfied — for example, delivery of goods, completion of a service, or transfer of an asset — either party notifies LCG with evidence of completion.

Funds Released

Upon verification that conditions have been met, LCG releases the funds to the receiving party. Both parties receive confirmation of the completed transaction.
